we'll sleep out in the garden.
and if it rains, we'll just sink in to the mud.
where it is quiet, and much cooler than the house is.
and there are no clocks or phones to wake us up
because i've learned that nothing is as pressing as
the one who's pressing would like you to believe.
and i'm content to walk a little slower,
because there's nowhere that i really need to be.
and i find that life is easier,
when it's just a blur with no details
to confuse who or what or where i was,
so when the ending comes, the full regret will seem obscure.

what happens when you grow up?
you learn things.
new things, good things, bad things; pain.
but not just pain. the memory of happiness. that childhood happiness.
am i the only one?
it's like a sense of nostalgia. of something long ago you lost. something you believe you can't get back for life now; so does anyone else miss their happiness? is there anyone out there who is actually happy with where they are in life?
truly happy.
i guess i was one of those unlucky ones;
because everything they said in those quotes i seemingly enjoy collecting every day of my sad life (haha) is immaculately true.
i guess, remorse is a deep thing. losing every piece of goodness i had is the same as losing something you love.
life is unfair.
